Deployment of IP Cameras –
Partners can approach QALA for potential collaboration of projects which required the use of IP Cameras. QALA will assist in the deployment of such cameras for these partners if there is a good commercial and collaboration plan. Typically, these cameras should be utilized in POC approaches and subsequent long term adoption will depend on the commercial terms between QALA and the partners. This initiative is meant to provide the service to as diverse an audience as possible but with each audience adopting a small number of cameras for POC and pre-commercial feasibility studies.

APIs for the use of IP Camera Streams –
Mass media streaming is provided by QALA through the use of APIs. Partners in collaboration with QALA will have the full use of these API to be integrated in their applications.

Terms of Use
The POC period will be provided free. The IP Cameras provided under MDA are a base product.
Should partners require specific location which requires rental, utilities which are above the MDA allocated budget, the additional cost might be levied on the partners
In addition, should partners require higher quality IP Cameras as well as more bandwidth for the streaming of the camera images, additional cost might also be levied on the partners.
The above will apply on a case to case basis depending on the commercial partnership with QALA. With economies of scale, some of the additional cost might be reduced and QALA will transfer the saving back to the collaboration partnership.

Duration of this agreement
1 year.Renewal will be on commercial terms to be discussed after the collaboration partner has a feel of the POC results

Commercial Terms
Case by Case negotiations.
Standard price list will be provided shortly at mda.qala.com.sg
However it should only be used as a guideline for budgeting after the POC. Prices will be subjected to changes depending on the following:
1. Rental and Utilities levied by the Location Owner/ Property Owner where IP Camera is deployed
2. Type of IP Camera required
3. Amount of bandwidth required from IP Camera (Resolution required by partner)
4. Number of end users accessing the number of camera Streams (Amount of Bandwidth required for target Audience/End User per camera stream and how many camera streams are required in the POC/Project)
