(A)    Company Background/Introduction

KPB has pioneered and committed to the vision of building the next generation Internet based on large-scale 3-D mirror worlds and applications.

KPB has since then  committed more than S$ 3 million and spent more than 4 years Research and Development on i) large-scale 3-D Platform development, ii) country-wide 3-D modeling production , iii) full MMO network mirror worlds infrastructures and iv) various 3-D mirror world implementations.

The large-scale, high-end 3-D Platform KPB-WoW™ 3.8 can accommodate different kinds of massive 3-D models and applications; it has enabled KPB to deploy solutions for the various government agencies in Singapore like SPF, MHA, DSTA, MINDEF, URA and etc; city-wide projects in China and USA; World Bank & IMF meetings in Singapore and has recently deployed solutions to the US Department of Defense’ simulation supplier and Beijing City projects.

(B)    Call for Proposals

KPB seeks to further extend its 3-D Platform applications and would like to invite developers, studios, companies to propose various consumer / commercial applications that will make use of the 3-D mirror world in Singapore.

KPB is committed to offer up to S$250, 000 in aggregate; in the form of funding, SDK licensing, trainings and supports together with its distribution network of over 200+ existing licensees; to co-fund and co-develop the next generation 3-D applications based on the proven solution of KPB-WoW™ 3.8. KPB is open to different forms of co-operations and is willing to explore different modes of revenue-sharing models.
